Sydney's Luna Park, a multiple winner in past Brass Ring Awards presented by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), has again received international recognition for its achievements by the global association for the attractions industry.

Having won four Brass Ring Awards in past four years, Luna Park Sydney has been presented with three Brass Ring Awards at the 2014 Brass Ring Awards ceremony held in Orlando, Florida, USA.

The Sydney harbourside heritage amusement park was recognised in:

• Human Resources Excellence: Best Employee Reward and Recognition Program (less than 1 million attendance)
• Food and Beverage Excellence: Best New Innovation in Food and Beverage for its Ferris Wheel Dining
• Marketing Excellence: Best Television Commercial (amusement parks and attractions - including waterparks - with annual attendance of 250,001 to 1 million).

In 2013, Luna Park Sydney has was presented with a Brass Ring Award for Retail Excellence for Soft Goods in the category for amusement parks with less than one million annual visitors.

Asian theme parks fared well in Brass Ring Awards for Live Entertainment Excellence, with Ocen Park Hong Kong, Universal Studios Singapore, Universal Studios Japan and Fantawild Dreamland Park each winning awards. 

Ocean Park also won two awards for Human Resources Excellence, with recognition for the Best Employee Reward and Recognition Program (more than 1 million attendance) and Best Innovation in a Training Program (more than 1 million attendance).

This prestigious awards program recognises attractions from around the world for their achievements in marketing, live entertainment, food and beverage, human resources, retail and family entertainment centre operation.
